Machinery: BMC employees a competent staff of Millwrights that are highly trained in all types of machine moving, installing, building, retrofitting, aligning, leveling and required preventive maintenance. Gleason, Tocco, Saginaw and Werth are just a few of the machines we have worked with. Our customers rely on BMC to meet their demands utilizing two Millwrights or up to two hundred Millwrights.

Conveyor: BMC has enjoyed a wide range of material handling installations from glass manufacturing, glass inspection, glass packaging, popcorn manufacturing, popcorn inspection, popcorn packaging, automotive transmission manufacturing, Blue Steel conveyors, Five Star equipment and Hytrol conveyor. We also provide design work for conveyor solutions and applications.

Buildings: BMC can help you with the design, purchase, installation and modification of your new or existing building. We are a full service contractor that will help you with all the interior requirements as well. BMC can provide electrical, plumbing, insulation, HVAC, catwalks, stairs and guarding and interior offices.

Fabrication: BMC can provide all your fabrication needs from tanks, drip pans, frames, mezzanines, stairs, ladders and any other special product you may have need of. We have shearing capacities of up to one half inch by eight feet. We also provide all HVAC duct fabrication including spiral duct up to sixty inches.

Welding Services: BMC can supply certified welders for all types of welding applications from structural building components to certified tanks. We provide mig, tig and stick welding services in all ferrous and nonferrous metals. We can provide welding services in our shop or at your location at any time day or night.

Maintenance: BMC’s diversified work force can provide our customers with scheduled, preventive, routine or reactive maintenance on all types of equipment and operations. Our staff has experience in all types of manufacturing facilities around the United States. Our maintenance services include but not limited to electrical, mechanical, millwrights, HVAC, sheetmetal work, toolmaker, machine repairman and pipefitters.

Electrical: Our electrical department is currently growing since inception in 2007. Our employees are certified electricians with a minimum of ten years experience in industrial applications. We can provide PLC programming, troubleshooting, panel fabrication, automation design, controls, safety circuits and high voltage work. Our electrical group also maintains OSHA required training courses including the new Arc Flash requirements.
